Mail and flowers
Mail is delivered to patients once a day, Monday through Friday, by hospital volunteers. Mail received for a patient after discharge will be forwarded to the patient's home. Please address mail as follows:

Our volunteers also deliver flowers sent by family members and friends directly to patient rooms.

Telephones
Family members and friends may call the hospital operator at 1-502-222-5388 to get the direct telephone number to a patient's room. Calls to patient rooms are not accepted between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. to make sure our patients get adequate rest. (Note that residents of The Transitional Care Unit may receive calls at any time.) All patients may make outgoing calls at any hour.
